The past few days have been very intense on all of us that took part in this very interesting event. The jury deliberated for over 3 hours until they came up with the verdict. The defendants were found guilty on all charges and there were so many, but I will basically give you all a quick review.
Mail fraud, wire fraud, Obstruction of Justice and Sedition were the main charges. I would have found Columbia University not guilty of any charges that involved them knowingly undermining the country. I just do not think they knew back in 1981 that they were taking part in a conspiracy to undermine the Government. Their silence about Obama attending Columbia University during his campaign does not meet that level of conspiracy in my opinion. I do not think that was proven, but they can appeal it if they like

Mock trial? I don’t get it. Some of the stuff Manning is purporting sounds almost like those 9-11 truther turds that I loathe so much. I guess some people will believe anything if it supports their narrative or furthers their agenda. I don’t say any of this in defense of Obama, but if more of us go off the deep end and exit reality like Manning, we not only lose our credibility, but we become laughing-stocks.
It wasn’t a mock trial, sir. It was a perfectly legal citizens grand jury investigation and testimony, in which the jurors found Ayatollah Obama and Columbia University guilty.
The next step will be to submit presentments to the DOJ with a legal demand for an investigation.
The problem is...Holder will go WHAT LAW? WE DON’T NEED YOUR STINKING LAWS! And he will dismiss it, or more likely ignore it.
I’m not sure what the step after that is. The American Grand Jurors, I think are still getting legal advice on the next steps.

A letter from a guy named Mike claiming to be a KGB agent, that's his evidence? Did he even try to verify this information, or did he take it at face value?

How can you submit evidence and a verdict to someone that doesn’t care and will not do anything about it.
Sort of like the Black Panther voter intimidation case. Just ignore. How long has that one been ignored. The statue of limitations will be up on that one.

Yes, you are right about him, but he wasn't there during the campaign, he wasn't there after the election, he wasn't there when the electors met, he wasn't there inauguration day, he wasn't sitting in the Supreme Court, he wasn't sitting on the lower court, he wasn't the Elections Certification Officer, he wasn't a Republican, he wasn't the media. There are so many more problems than him.
I agree. I do like some of Manning’s stuff very much, but really, there is in fact evidence that Obama attended Columbia. I remember an article that quoted one of his classmates, and more important, the professor who supervised his senior thesis.
The guy lives in FL now but the NYT was able to track him down.
Besides, I sincerely doubt that the CIA would have hired Obama for the simple reason that he talks about himself too damn much. A lethal trait for someone in undercover work.
