My version of liberty "supports" NONE of those, I just claim (as does the U.S. Constitution) that should any individual choose to destroy himself with drugs or debauchery, it's absolutely none of the government's business. NONE.

The US Constitution is a form of Majority Rule approved by the States, State Constitutions are a form of Majority Rule that should have the most effect on those that live in the States, and approved by those that are citizens of those States. ( See Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers.)
So, my dear Lloyd, if you want the forty percent of the libertarian doctrine that is the product of a smoke filled room, convince your State to convince the voters of the other 57 States that it is correct and implement it.
