Manhattan is 33 square miles and has a population of over 1.6 million, not including the hundreds of thousands of commuters and tourists who are there every day.

While I don’t think he actually believes the island will tip over (he was joking), I can’t stand his method of talking. He’s one of those people that takes 5 minutes to communicate information that should normally take 30 seconds. He certainly has a painfully slow and disorganized speech pattern.
