Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 lbs. fresh mushrooms

3 tbsp. minced garlic

2 tbsp. chopped green onions

1 stick butter

2 cups seasoned stuffing mix

1 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.

MMMMMM sounds pretty good..... I like them also with Crab meat or sausage..... GOOD STUFF!

Saute diced onion and diced bacon in butter, add cream cheese until melted, add crab meat, mix gently - place in mushroom caps - can top with bread crumbs - bake until soft

I love stuffed mushrooms, but think the stuffing mix bread cubes would be too big to use effectively.

I stuff ours with diced msuhroom stems, minced garlic, white wine after having it cooked in butter. I then tope them with shredded parmesan and bake in the oven....mmm....mmm...mmmm
