President Obama's engagement strategy in dealing with rogue states is on the verge of complete and utter failure.

The Obama Administration has been catering to Russia and China in hopes to convince them to support harsh sanctions against Iran in a bid to stop their nuclear program. China has already balked at such sanctions, and that never seemed very realistic. Frankly speaking, there was no way China was going to cut off their own nose to spite their face; China gets a large proportion of their fuel from Iran, and there is no simple solution to that simple equation.

The "Keep Bowing and Groveling Until They Decide You are no Threat, and then They will Like You" strategy isn't working? Who could have guessed such a surprising and unexpected result?

The Russian bear will also not support sanctions as long as China does not. Russia wants to sell Iran S-300’s anyway.

Quibbles: Zero has no engagement strategy (other than bowing to his lord and master, the King of Saudi Arabia) and he is already a complete and utter failure as a President.
