Seven years ago, Day predicted the collapse of the housing market and the destruction of the financial services industry. Now, in Return of the Great Depression, he offers detailed analysis of the economic and monetary policies of the last several years to show why ideologues on both the left and the right didn't foresee what was coming.

I believe that those on the extreme left who hate America and work diligently for its downfall ... you know the traitors who are in power now ... know full well what is coming. They have been working on it for over 40 years

"Seven years ago, Day predicted the collapse of the housing market and the destruction of the financial services industry"

Color me unimpressed: The Wall Street Journal was predicting it on their editorial page back in '98.

Just remember Jim Bunning wanting to pay for programs as you go with the dimoKKKRATS only giving lip service and no action. Remember ABC News ambushing Jim in pure tabloid style. No in depth thought or presentation from the msm on what Jim was trying to accomplish. Only tabloid ambushing.

God, I hope this isn’t true. The idiots/America-haters on the Left, who secretly wish for this to come true, are too stupid to realize that if the US goes down, the whole world goes down. Our economies are all tied to tightly together. The US Great Depression didn’t just hit the US, it hit Europe too, at a minimum. The rise of Hitler comes to mind...

People will migrate to where the living is cheap, minimal taxation and there is jobs and housing.

California will shrink in population, and so far it appears that Texas is the number one choice of a haven for Americans.

Personally I think Texas should secede, become and independent state>

The title of this piece really frightened me, but then I read the original source and saw that it amounted to this lady telling me to go buy a book from World Net Daily:

They might, but they don't have as much ammo as we do.

That is so true; anything to sell a book.

That’s why I’m writing a book entitled, “The End of the World and How to Survive It”.

One part of the solution to America's economic problems is cheap American energy for both industry & home.

“No he did not graduate from Harvard or Yale.”

I’m thinking that’s a plus, these days.

My sister, a Harvard grad, voted for the “Won”. (Gad!)
