Today the kids were writing a paragraph on the coming of the settlers to North America. One girl said: The Europeans were not nice. A second added: The Europeans just came to America and said it’s our land and started killing Indians. Of course, they are just repeating the relentless indoctrination they have received almost every day for the last six months.
Since they haven’t been taught about the early colonists’ desire for liberty, democracy, religious freedom, a chance to own their own land, and an opportunity to build a better society, among other things, why shouldn’t they think of those Pilgrim Puritans and Virginian pioneers as rapacious imperialist plunderers?

They are being taught to HATE their country, in the open.
Parents have no clue.
Parents are too busy chasing the dollar.
Parents don’t ask their kids, “what are you learning” or let me see your text book. Parents are too happy to turn their kids over to the school system.

Yeah, and before the Europeans arrived, no “Native American” killed other “Native Americans”, took another’s land, used and shaped land to his advantage, killed off any native species, or spit into the wind.
It’s sad but true. All we can really do is make sure our own kids don’t fall victim to this garbage.

Understand how ALL textbooks are becoming politically correct. It is a growing cancer out there in academia. You are not immune to it because your child attends a “Christian” school. Don't be fooled. It's subtle ... .
in college and K-12. one group of authors writes all the books. same old lies repackaged into various expensive required texts.
just finished my BS at a black, 7th day adventist school few years ago. had to finally take a ‘history’ course. as a wiser adult, couldnt even make it through world civiliation because of the hateful treatment by the text of anything christian or jewish so withdrew.
took a US history course, but had all i could do not to hold up a sign and protest every week because of hateful treatment of everything christian, jewish, white, or patriotic. founding fathers who? chapter 16 was on the civil war. there was one sentence about abraham lincoln and plenty of villification of the evil whites.
Dewey and his socialist peers have succeeded in just one or two generations.
It is not “illegal” in New Jersey or anywhere else.
Ideally Obama would like it to be illegal.
Regardless it is up to PARENTS to control what their kids are learning, whether it be a “Christian” school or not - that is the point. Allot of these so called “Christian” schools are subtly turning into HUMANISTIC, politically correct schools glossing over the TRUTH of our history.
A handful of liberals RE-WRITE history and other subjects. Then other vendors have to go along with it to appease STATE STANDARDS.
1) Get their own kids out of the government schools.
2) Set up tuition-free conservative schools so that every child in this nation could have access to a tuition-free conservative education. ( Yes, it can be done and we can afford it. )
3) Work with other conservatives to shut down every government K-12 school in the nation.
The Marxist indoctrination of our nation's children is one of the **MOST** important issues facing our nation....but...how much time did Hannity, Beck, Rush, or the other yappers spend on school issues in the past 100 hours of their shows? Answer: Precious little!
I swear conservatives are asleep while our house of freedom burns down.
My daughter taught math last year in a Houston Catholic K-8 school. **Every** teacher voted for Obama. This is a supposedly **Catholic** school that celebrates Mass every Friday and all the other holidays as well.

Beware of an author named James W. Loewen who wrote both ``Sundown Towns'' and ``Lies My Teacher Told Me'', the latter paints America in the vilest way. Sadly a lot of people are taken in by the ersatz erudition of his works. I'm sure that Christian schools don't have Loewen on the reading list. If any of his books are read, be sure to first be armed with the facts in order to refute his allegations.

Could be there’s a grain of truth there.
Could be they tick us off enough, we’ll do it all over again.
We have two children who have been in Christian school since pre-school. The older one is now a senior and the younger one is in 7th grade. It has been expensive in terms of dollars, but it is the best investment we have ever made. After Mother and I are long gone, our kids, grandkids, and great grandkids will be still reaping the benefits. Actually the biggest beneficiary will be the USA made all the better by all the kids who have received a Christian education.
Here is a little side story. Whenever our Christian school kids goes on field trips they always run into public school kids on the same trip. They always receive comments from observers about how well mannered they were compared to the others. They see the logo on the shirts and then they know why.
One other thing. Imagine a senior class where the vast majority of the kids have never used drugs or alcohol or engage in casual sex. I am aware of only one girl in four years who became pregnant while enrolled.
Now they want to sex up the kids.
Will parents fight for their kids or will they bleat like sheep?
I hear bleating.
This country is doomed if we won’t even fight for our kids.
