he Communist Party USA is out to recruit the religious.
Not content with workers, "people of color", youth, greenies, gays and the generally disgruntled, the reds are coming after Christians, Jews, Buddhists and Muslims.
The Communist Party USA has re-founded its Religion Commission as it seeks to bring more churches and "people of faith" into the "progressive" fold.
In the struggles of the day, the CPUSA always seeks the broadest possible unity of the working class and all its allies. This necessarily includes seeking unity of people of varying religious and philosophical outlooks.
Religious faith and religious institutions remain powerful influences in the United States today. They cannot be ignored in building an all-people's coalition for progress, not only on account of their numerical and ideological strength but also because of the positive contributions and insights that religious traditions can bring to progressive struggle...
Our Party has, of course, long been clear about its support of freedom of conscience and of religion, both in the present and under socialism. And we welcome people of religious faith as members and leaders without discrimination. We believe, however, that it is time for the Party to move beyond simple tolerance to an active embrace of the progressive aspects of religious traditions and their incorporation in our vision both of present struggles and of a socialist and communist future
Of course, the communists don't seek to learn from the religious. They seek to "guide" them.

That doesn’t make any sense. The only God commies believe in is the STATE. Or the Supreme Leader. The only God(S) American Commies believe in is the Enviroment, or Lord Zero.
They ought to check with the Episcopalians. Plenty of potential recruits over in my former church.
God and communism are not compatible. Communism does not work where there is God.
Well, at least they aren’t hiding anymore.
The CPUSA will gladly use these only to dispose of them once they have served their purpose. History bears this out.
The second freedom to go under communism is freedom of religion after they take away freedom of speech.

That logic didn’t stop the “pro-abortion” and “pro-gay marriage” so called people-of-faith, and it won’t stop the “pro-Communist” people-of-faith loons either.
Do your research on Black Liberation Theology. The Marxists have been attempting to co-opt and use Christian teachings to sell their tyranny in Latin America for decades. Obama sat in a church for decades that taught this false idolatry. Americans ignored it and voted for him anyway. God’s judgment is upon us.
Communism is a cult of consciousness control and opinion making for the heck of it. It relies on a state of sin and slavery to the flesh. It relies on switching people into such state of dependencies and leverageability for sheer brute enforcement without discussions nor investigations. It’s all about opinion making and not looking nor minding at things, much like the media is shaped today inherently.
Communism has always thus targeted God and the state of being that occures in Him.
Since everybody has color, the phrase "people of color" would include everybody. So why is this phrase even used or needed?
Uhhhh - aren’t most Jews already ‘Progressives’?
The communists know that they can't permeate "real" Christian churches, churches of God that speak out against things that communism stands for. They're going after "fake" Christian churches that falsely use the gospel, and the name of Jesus Christ to support their "progressive" agenda.
Unfortunately fake Christian churches aren't hard to find anymore.
