I hope he gets his 72 virgins.
He has a family that loves him and friends who honor him, it was a terrible death complicationed from surgery.
However, I would have loved to see him defeated in the house race. He deserved that.
Well that little bit of news made my day. Geez, does this mean we will be treated to a State funeral? To my fellow Marines, today we rid ourselves of the embarassment known as Murtha. Semper Fi.
I hate to be ghoulish, but it almost seems like the Almighty is aligning people and events to save the Republic. The Scott Brown and other victories, the horrible Washington weather shutting down government, and now the end to Murtha—one of the most corrupt Democrats there ever was. Maybe there’s hope after all.
*whistles*
RIP. No further comment.
Agreed.
For the times they are a changin
Amen
I hope we can get a strong candidate for his vacated seat in Congress.
Murtha’s legacy is well known here. I’d rather die unknown as to have it.
I certainly didn’t wish this on him even though I never agreed with anything he said. I didn’t want him to pass away but I must be honest and say...I did want to see him defeated in Congress.
Prayers go out for his family.
Will he still vote on the HC bill?
I hope his hell is having to apologize to those marines over and over and over for eternity.
God Bless his soul
Hope ‘n Change, Hope ‘n Change, Hope ‘n Change!
Sounds too much like a product you’d find on an infomercial.
I must say that he looked terrible in the last photo I saw of him. He looked positively ancient, and very feeble.
Personally, I thought the man was a traitor to this country, but I’ll refrain from any unseemly celebration at the news of his death.
Lord have mercy!
I had hoped we’d get him out of Congress by defeating him at the polls and that he’d have a chance to live out his life in peace and repentence.
Well, as some Latin heretic or other said, “Man proposeth, God disposeth.”
