The group distributing free copies of an English translation of the Muslim holy book hopes to create better perceptions of Islam by simply making the scripture available.

Someone should tell them there’s no real beef with the book, but there is with guys who hack off heads, blow up buildings, and stick women in bags. If your book tells you to do it, then I say flush it.

All too true. There’s nothing preventing us from distributing dvd documentaries about islamism and global warming, or even leaflets about the news the MSM won’t print. -Apart from hate speech laws, of course. But no one is willing to take the lead.

That’s our problem — we keep arguing among ourselves, endlessly.
How long ago was it that 9/11 happened? I suppose that a more catastrophic act of terrorism needs to take place before we can come to a definite conclusion, if at all.
There should be no tolerance for Saudi funded missionary work in America. We have a separation of church and state. No specific church. No specific state.
Why permit a foreign theocracy to institutionalize (and push for sharia courts in) our land when they do not tolerate any religious expression (let alone conversion) outside of Islam in their homeland?
