Only after sparking angry reactions from NewsBusters.com, The New Agenda, IOwnTheWold.com, Examiner and a host of other new media outlets, has MSNBC apologized to Sarah Palin for the sexist stunt it pulled Friday:

Watch the video. Notice that this guy only apologizes for the pictures, but not the remarks that went with the pictures. He's only apologizing because he got some heat, not because he thinks they were wrong.

What Photoshoped pictures

I don’t know how to post pictures, but they were the one of Palin wearing a bikini and holding an assault rifle, and her dressed in miniskirt, fishnets, and highheels, these were phony and made the rounds during the campaign.

Hopefully, someone who knows how to post pictures will do so for those who did not see the video of the show a few days ago.

Apparently they used a doctored image of Palin in a 'flag' bikini with a rifle on one of their Friday shows.

Now they're apologizing for the use of the image. The photo wasn't the only aspect of the show that brought the heat on, but its all they're going to apologize for.

I posted this on another thread but it bares repeating, MSNBC should apologize for existing. Just the sight of them makes me want to hurl. Anyone that can work at a network like that obviously has some sort of mental illness
