British Judge Rules Global Warming Belief is Like a Religion That Can be Discriminated Against

Regular readers of these pages know my little "pet name" for the leadership of the global warming hoaxers is "The Holy Church of Global Warming Moonbats"

There is a Judge in the UK who believes just as I do, except he is serious.

In a landmark ruling, Mr Justice Michael Burton said that "a belief in man-made climate change ... is capable, if genuinely held, of being a philosophical belief for the purpose of the 2003 Religion and Belief Regulations".

As is my genuinely held belief in gambling. does that mean that my donations are tax deductible?

Bernie Madoff should get this guy as a judge - Bernie believes in pyramids, and I’m sure he does not want the evil law to descriminate against him!

I agree, and I am serious too: this IS a religion. The First Amendment should apply!
