Buried in the administration's multiple inflammatory statements on Fox News may be their strategy in all of this. In fact, Anita Dunn, David Axelrod, and Rahm Emanuel made hints at it in their statements. Here's the pertinent portion from Axelrod.

The bigger thing is that other news organizations like yours ought not to treat them that way, and we’re not going to treat them that way. We’re going to appear on their shows. We’re going to participate, but understanding that they represent a point of view.

I have been watching Fox all morning. Every Obama spokesperson without question from Fox has interjected Fox all day to press corp. I am seeing a pattern. They are trying to curtail the Fox News name with the WH press corp. delitgitmize, if you will. Start watching!

The strategy is this: WH attacks indicate Fox News is having a devastating effect on "their vote"---Democrats and Independents (they've already written off Republicans).

The WH slyly indicates FOX is am arm of the Republican Party ONLY BECAUSE they want to poison FOX in the minds of Democrats and Independents.

The incompetents in the WH can't even get this right----the more they attack FOX the more people tune in.

Part of the Fox strategy is simply to have them consume air time on themselves. Media personalities are a bit narcississtic, and talking about themselves for hours is a lot of fun for a narcissist. Especially if they think it is they are of monumental importance.

This is a historic opportunity for FNC: To have a pure democrat federal government, with FNC being the lone independent news source to challenge the power.

It makes FNC fun to watch. I watch MSNBC more this year than the last few, to see what they are up to, and watch dems civil war. As much as I love FNC, I will always see what the other side says.

For the first time, I am not so scared. I was really afraid of where this country was headed, but more and more I see that the people are taking this in their own hands. Hard to say - however Lou Dobbs, slammed on CNN for having suggested that obama might do well by releasing his long-form birth cert, is reported as having had a business dinner with top Fox News officials.

On a regular basis I tweet stuff to Jake Tapper and once in a while he (and Mark Knoller NBC) will respond in a neutral fashion.

My belief is that to some degree, the media in finally being dragged (kicking and screaming) into admitting that obama is a dangerous fraud

Add that all up, and it's far easier to believe they have become fools to their own press clippings rather than evil geniuses with some devious master plan. Recall that the Clintons were very similar and grossly over reached in the first two years before they finally pulled back and reorganized.

I think the reality is that Obama and his inner circle are in over their heads and will damage themselves badly.

Believe it or not but...

Dunn is married to President Obama's personal attorney, Robert Bauer, a partner at Perkins Coie who has been the general counsel of Obama for America since January 2007.

And.... And no, this is NO Joke....

In 2008, Newsweek named Dunn and Bauer the new "power couple" in Washington, D.C.

Well you have to give Obama credit one thing.... for hiring THE BLIND. Because Bauer must be to marry her. Plus credit for hiring old time Side Show Freak Performers who have Reptilian Tongues like, Anita Dunn!

Now maybe this Bauer guy isn't blind. Maybe he married her because he found she can do ...(snicker) .. 'unnatural things' with that tongue of hers and thought, 'ah.. what the hell'..

However, a couple of loony parents in Colorado with a 6 year old in a fly away balloon took their media spotlight. What was suppose to be on the media outlets was a 4th grade child asking BamaKennedy ‘why does everybody hate you’?. BamaKennedy had to know when this question was asked that the media was covering a lost 6 year old in a fly away balloon.

There was NO way to get their media hookers back on ‘race’ topic without it being toooo obvious for the average observer of tube news.
