How is it possible that America has forgotten the basic meanings of these distinctions? How is it that we have let so basic a distinction as “Parents who are citizens of the nation and the child born on its soil” simply fall by the wayside?
The answer is both simple and terrible: A lack of education.
Historically, children in school were taught lessons from History.

They were taught the major works that made up the histories of their Nation, be it France, Great Britain, China… children were once taught the fundamental foundational ideas that sculpted the world they were currently living in. It was called a classical education. Culturally, socially, politically they were given the history of how their world arrived to be what it was.

In America we have shifted our focus so far from our historical and philosophical heritage, we are now barely teaching it at all.

We stand upon the shoulders of giants, are we going to kick them in the head by allowing a Usurper to remain in the White House? He is not constrained or limited by the constitution; he has broken it already with his fundamental nature, something out of even his control. But it has freed him from the limitations and obligations the constitution demands none the less. His oath to it is meaningless, because he does not meet the basic demands of it.
We do not have a constitutional government. We know it, and the knowing of it makes it intolerable. It is up to the American people to demand that we be made whole again under the law. A crime has been and is currently being committed against us.

not allowing production of our own resources, he told us during his campaign that he intended to break the coal business, he has assumed powers that President’s have not seized before now. He is removing our missles, our weapons, our military Generals/Commanders.
He has surrounded himself with radical communist’s, radical socialist’s, WE DO NOT KNOW ALL THE POWERS BEHIND HIM .... BUT ... THAT HE IS THE FRONTMAN FOR ENGENDERING THEIR POLICIES ... WHATEVER THEY MIGHT BE.

Of course the question in the corner is what if he won’t resign and if the Congress will not impeach, let alone convict?
ON OUR MORNING WALK WE WERE DISCUSSIING ...
HOW most of us are still to comfortable to upset the apple cart; and we needed to be like our founding Fathers, who pledged their honor, their life and their wealth, in signing the Declaration of Independence. It fact most did lose their wealth and sometimes their family, and some their life.
IT is a SOLEMN PLEDGE they made, indeed.
It is not up to Congress. It is up to the Judiciary. That is the only remedy.
A crime is being committed, Congress is actually part of the crime and coverup.
The Judiciary is our only option, and if they fail us, we no longer have a Nation. We have a regime.
I think here soon we are not going to have much choice.

This is no little insignificant thing we are discussing. This will reverberate through history. What those reverberations will be is impossible to say right now.
I am sure that is how people inside the breaking of the Watergate scandal felt as well.

Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

We didn’t forget. It was forcibly yanked from the hands of our children in the public schools. So, in a way, we sat back and watched it happen.
We all know that Obama will never resign. It is likely that the Judiciary will not hear any case against him.
It is up to everyone to educate as many people as we can and to see if we can get enough votes in 2010 to impeach him.
I think this rabbit hole goes far deeper than anyone can imagine. This is not a Watergate scenario of politics run a muck.
Think about Bush and the bailout - about essentially giving money to Treasury with no Congressional oversight.
Think about Cheney not calling for objections.
Think about the flubbed swearing in by Chief Justice Roberts and the do-over in private.
Do we really think that Scalia, Thomas, Roberts do not understand Vattel and the natural born Citizen clause of the Constitution.
They do not need to see a long form birth certificate to know that Obama does not meet the requirements for NBC.
There is something going on that is far deeper than just an Usurper in the office of POTUS.
I am not sure what would cause the events that we are witnessing.
They are acting out a script - who wrote the play??
I don’t know who wrote the play, but the puzzle pieces are starting to fall into place for those who are watching them fall.
The SCOTUS has not YET been brought a case to make a decision on. Donofrio’s case at SCOTUS was for a STAY OF THE ELECTION they declined to hear. Not a decision. There were numerous irregularities surrounding this. No doubt.
IT is up to us to force the issue.
You cannot impeach an Usurper. You must remove him. There is a mechanism that congress created for that singular purpose. Quo Warrento. THAT is what I think will ultimately remove Obama.
I still had to make the call and demand the resignation first, give the enemy of the state a more honorable way out. Of course, having no honor and a lust for power he will refuse. His ego dams him so I feel no pity whatsoever.
Including this one I’ve read all three. Most amusing. Now what?

Agreed that impeachment is not really the correct method to remove an Usurper that is in office. The Executive branch by itself is not going to remove BHO or convince him for the good of the country to resign.
The courts have shown no interest in taking up the case. Congress could hold hearings and remove him. But that can never happen unless “We the people” vote in enough members that will actually uphold the Constitution and not just be concerned about their own status amongst the elites.
Nothing would make me happier than see BHO forcibly removed from office.
I hope that I am wrong and Donofrio is able to get a QW action in the District Court of DC. But I imagine that there are only 3 votes on SCOTUS that would rule that a natural born Citizen is one born in the US of two citizen parents. And I expect that you couldn’t find a single Federal judge willing to make that ruling. You could get more traction if able to prove that BHO was not born in Hawaii. But if the rabbit hole is as deep as I think it might be that will never happen.
It appears now that Judge Carter is going to find a way to dismiss the case. His whole demeanor changed from the early hearings to this last one. Something was said to him that changed his outlook. We remember how Obama looked after getting his first “briefing”. What if Carter was given a “briefing”.
What I am suggesting is that the rabbit hole is very deep (a strange klein bottle - perhaps). We know that BHO has an unknown past. We know that he received support and money from many sources to get him where he is now. He seems to be a chosen one of the elite.
But why??
I am suggesting that there is a script and following the natural born Citizen portion of the Constitution is not on it. Or at least, it is not of paramount importance.
I hope that I am wrong. And that the rabbit hole can be breached and we can emerge from this land where things do not make sense.
Well one thing is certain, some fights are worth fighting, even if it seems utterly impossible to prevail.
The option is surrender, and that does not work for me.

Indeed, a country that loses it’s sense of history, it’s traditions,it’s philosophical underpinnings, and even it’s myths, soon loses it’s identity as a nation... like a ship without a ruder, it will falter.
