Reason #1 The plan provides illegal immigrants with health care.
Page 50, Section 152 of bill HR 3200 specifically states “Government insurance and taxpayer-funded healthcare will be provided to all without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high-quality health-care services.” In plain English: this healthcare plan will provide health to all citizens including non-US citizens regardless of the legality of their citizenship. Now remember Rep. Joe Wilson shouting out “You Lie” in response to Obama’s speech to Congress. Barack and members of the Democrat Party contend that the bill states nothing about illegal immigrants. But you must look at the full picture. On July 30 a House committe voted against Rep. Nathan Deals (R) that would have required health care providers to use the Systemic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program to prevent illegal aliens from receiving healthcare services. The amendment was killed by 29 Democrats voting against it. Now if this bill will not cover illegal immigrants why vote down such and amendment??? Also are you aware that the current laws in effect today do not allow hospitals to turn away illegals? If anyone enters a hospital for emergency care they cannot be turned away. Thus in California 46.2% of all babies born in 2004 were born to illegal aliens and paid for by tax payers?????

I’ve always said that the federal court judges would decide that denying “free healthcare” is “unconstitutional”. Judge Napolitano said today on FOX that they already have. The judge said that the SCOTUS has already decided that the rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution are guaranteed to every “person” here in the U.S. and not just to U.S. citizens. According to SCOTUS, our own Constitution guarantees “free healthcare” to illegal immigrants if and when it is passed. Therefore, Joe Wilson was right. Barack Hussein Obama, Mmmm, mmmm,mmmm, is a liar.
We can’t have a Federal bennie that’s targeted ONLY at citizens and legal residents. That’s rich, or should I say poor? This is why the “public option” should die, die, die.
I agree. I’ve always known that illegals would get “free healthcare” if it was passed but, until I heard the judge today, I didn’t know it had already been decided by the Supreme Court. Technically, this means that, ANYONE who shows up in a U.S. hospital will get “free” healthcare. Yup! That’s “universal” alright.
It seems they already get free healthcare. And have for quite some time.
They do, by clogging of emergency rooms. The result is a shutdown of badly needed hospitals. What a cluster molestation.
