In January, I wrote this about ACORN.
Much of the malfeasance of ACORN comes from its nebulous relationship with a private company called Citizen's Consulting Inc. CCI is a sort of accounting and financial services firm. CCI also only has one client, or shall I say a series of clients...ACORN and all its affiliates. Whenever ACORN receives any money, be it from the federal government or other resources, it first goes to CCI. Then, CCI filters that money to anyone of ACORN's affiliates. Of course, this creates all sorts of room for malfeasance. If the government were to give money to say Health Care for America Now to provide health care services in poor neighborhoods, that money will first wind up at CCI. Where that money ends up is any one's guess. Why? That's because CCI is a private company and so getting a look at its books is no easy task. In fact, I doubt more than a handful of politicians even know the relationship between ACORN and CCI.

These are the sort of things that Breibart ought to go after when he opens Discovery in the ACORN suit.
This will only prolong the public exposure and resultant outrage about Democrat funny money, and further erode confidence in the Obamunists.

Sen Charles Grassley's documents show leaders of ACORN community groups transferred several million dollars in charitable and government money-----meant for the poor---- to parts of the group that have political (and sometimes profit-making) missions. Sen Grassley's documents indicate that ACORN's tax-exempt groups----along with its tangled web of allied organizations---- used more than half their charitable and public money in 2006 to pay other ACORN affiliates.
The IRS has pinpointed N/Ps as the locus classicus for tax evasion and money laundering. The BIGGEST N/P fraud --- a N/P writing checks to another N/P. That's how the "altruistic" siphon off money for other uses, tax-free. Bad enough they launder their own money----in ACORN'S case, this was OUR money.

REMEDY (1) Taxpayers demand an injunction requiring states immediately cease accepting so-called voter registrations submitted by ACORN, and that all current voter rolls be cross-referenced against ACORN'S lists of 'registrations' already submitted to nullify any and all voter frauds committed.
(2) Taxpayers demand all govt funding of ACORN be stopped at once.
Let's get this highly publicized.

This really symbolizes the demise of the MSM. The MSM refused to report the story and yet everyone was still talking about it and Congress was forced to act before the MSM even said a peep. The ability of the MSM to kill a story no long exists.
