Americans are under attack by a corrupt administration that’s waging war on its citizens. President Barack Obama and camp want to control every aspect of our lives. “As the repression of individuals becomes more open and intense, it becomes increasingly clear that the issue at stake goes to the very heart of the survival of American freedom,” observes Dr. Alan Keyes (“Town Hall Uprisings-Busting the Political Con?” Aug. 16, 2009, loyaltoliberty.com). The Left is in control of the Presidency, the Senate and the House. With the help of the libstream media and hordes of ACORN and union thugs, the Left is threatening our nation and trying to humiliate and silence any opposition to its communist/socialist plans. If the rest of us don’t stop this progressive gang, we’ll soon become The United States of Obamica.
Alarmist? Study the Obama symbols and logos that replaced American symbols during his campaign and the new Obama Care logo that some have correctly noted eerily resembles a Nazi logo.
Read the bills (Stimulus Bill, Cap and Trade ‘Tax’ Increase Bill – H.R. 2454 and the House Health Care Bill – H.R. 3200) that Obama and camp don’t want us to read. These bills give the government access to American citizens’ medical records and medical histories. They allow the government access to Americans’ credit card spending and personal bank records.
Obama already power-grabbed from the banking, insurance and automobile industries in the private sector. He already bypassed the authority of Congress and now rules through czars – who can claim executive privilege if questioned by Congress.
Just how out-of-control – literally, out of Americans’ control – are things getting. Consider that Obama has appointed 44 czars and plans to hire at least seven more (Nancy Matthis, “The Complete List of Czars,” Aug. 3, 2009, http://frontpage.americandaughter.com).
Need more proof that Obama is working to create a nation unto himself instead of those he allegedly serves (namely, We the People)? Study The One’s radical associations, trace his campaign donations, and ponder why he gives millions of taxpayer dollars to organizations like ACORN where corruption flourishes.
In spite of the libstream media, most informed Americans know by now that ACORN is being investigated – in 14 states – for large-scale voter-registration fraud. That didn’t deter Obama from hiring ACORN and various ancillary groups to work the 2010 U.S. Census. The president generously gifted them four billion Stimulus bill dollars. ACORN has received “$53 million in government funds since its founding in 1970” (Kristen Lopez Eastlick, “Stimulus Bill funds ACORN despite its History of Corruption,” 2/08/09, www.washingtonexaminer.com).
Video footage of Obama’s international tours shows him bowing to kings, accepting reading literature from dictators and claiming a Muslim heritage (something he didn’t do during his run for president). His ongoing support for totalitarian regimes is most apparent in his acknowledging that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad remains Iran’s president, in spite of a wildy protested and obviously crooked election.
If you’re still not convinced that our president’s allegiance is radically skewed, consider that he sided with dictators Ortega, Chavez and the Castro Brothers in supporting Honduran dictator, Zelaya, who was overthrown for violating his country’s constitution.
Want more? Recall that Obama has made numerous apologies to other countries for America’s greatness. His anti-American acts during his first half-year in office show that he is pushing for change that does not support the American people according to our Constitution.
Our concern that the American democracy is under attack is warranted. Obama supporters’ thuggish tactics when dealing with law-abiding citizens that show up to Tea Parties and town hall meetings reflects totalitarianism. Citizens are being belittled, mocked, shoved, punched and beaten up by union and ACORN thugs. These members of an Obama militia are being bused in compliments of Obama and the Radical Left. They offer baseless smears, impersonate doctors and bully concerned citizens.
Such an army will do more damage, the larger it gets. Obama has placed help wanted ads seeking paid volunteers in 25 states. For $300-400 a week, the hired go out and promote Obama’s agenda, which includes pushing health-care reform.
There’s some hope. For one, in spite of the Left’s bad behavior, dissenting citizens continue to show up to Obama Care town hall meetings. And they’re arriving armed – with phones, digital cameras and video cameras. Conservatives have captured images of the Left’s bully behavior. YouTube and other websites have posted videos shot by concerned citizens at town-hall meetings in Florida, Philadelphia and North Carolina. This footage is alarming. It shows people being punched, pushed to the ground and kicked repeatedly by SEIU thugs. It captures their clothing ripped. It reveals a handicapped woman’s foot stomped on by a woman wearing an ACORN T-shirt.
And yet, the libstream media claims the attacked are members of “Right-Wing militias.”
Obama’s change has backfired. His dictatorship tactics have resulted in a tanking approval rating that “has dropped 39 points since January” (Gateway Pundit, Aug. 16, 2009, gatewaypundit.blogspot.com).
But we shouldn’t sit back and think the fight is over. The United States of Obamica can come to pass unless we continue to voice our dissent in person and in writing.
Dissent yields positive results. Dr. Alan Keyes believes that “One thing is becoming increasingly clear: the forces seeking to destroy constitutional self-government and impose socialism on the people of the United States appear to have underestimated the intelligence and will of the American people” (“Town Hall Uprisings-Busting the Political Con?” Aug. 16, 2009, loyaltoliberty.com).
He’s absolutely right.
