Pathetic.

Once we were a manufacturing country.....now we employ people through political graft.

Amazing how this has been out there for a while now and not a peep from the state-run media. Keith Olbermann never mentioned this, nor did CNN, or others. Funny, huh?

I wonder who is backing this and paying the bill? Do you really have to pay people to participate in ‘grassroots’ efforts?

Who is REALLY organizing ‘groups’....I don’t think any of those ‘town hall dissidents’ have been paid.

“Amazing how this has been out there for a while now and not a peep from the state-run media.”

The people on Fox need to get this out before it is removed.

I say we all apply, it’s not wrong to use the left’s money against ITSELF!

Fund for the Public Interest, Inc. that runs that is not really an activist group. What they do is solicit donations from people to support various far-left groups. Unless you are an incredible fund raiser, you will make no where near what they promise you. You will also work about 60 hours a week begging for money. These people will not be at rallies except maybe to try to get cash out of people. A real crappy job.

I wonder how much of this is going to form the obamanation military force against the American people? This could easily be an ad to get people together for indoctrination in fascism.

People are out of jobs... and here are jobs..... obamanation-made jobs... servants for him.

He is forcing a confrontation..

Sounds a bit like Acorn’s modus. Their whole goal is money? What then, will they do with the money?

Dang, that’s good thinkin’.

We need to all sign up, take their money, and when we get to the event turn on them and start chanting “No gov’t run health care”!

Love it! Ping me if this gets some momentum. Gotta go earn a living.

I am so glad you posted this. I saw it the other day and couldn't get it to post right. Thanks.

This is such a piece of socialist crafted work. And, I guess...these are the PAID "VOLUNTEERS" that Obama promised and the left wingers have supported. Changing the minds of our young is bad enough...but making they feel they should be PAID for things that were normally unpaid volunteer work is disgusting. It is bad enough that the work they are giving them is to pit them against other Americans. But...They are stripping them not only of their ability to think for themselves, as well as of their hearts to do something for nothing like real volunteers!

The give the money they collect to leftwing groups like Sierra Club and the Human Rights Campaign. Of course, I am sure they clip off a good 20-30% for their efforts.

Sorry for the double post. But something is wrong with this page only. When I first tried to open it, I got a “problem with server” message. No such message for any of the other articles posted. Then when I tried to post my comment, I got the same message. So I tried a second time and still got it. After, I found that both of my comments ended up being posted. Maybe someone is fooling with this who does not want us to see this article?

The wage offered ($11-16 per hour) is exactly the same as ACORN and the Census Bureau are offering for temporary census employment and other busy work jobs funded by the Stimulus plan. This range is no doubt dictated by the government guidelines related to distribution of Stimulus monies.

The fact that the advertised wage range for these Rent-A-Protester jobs makes me suspicious that there is government money behind this effort. It seems like too much of a coincidence to think they just happened to decide on the exact same compensation range.
