Representative Kathy Castor (D-FL) had a town hall meeting in YBOR City just east of Tampa August 6, 2009. It sounds like Castor had this meeting planned to exclude protesters that were in opposition to the ObamaCare health care debacle.
I received this e-mail from my County Republican Chairman:

looks like bad stuff is coming down the pike. I would very much like to participate and have my voice heard, but I would also like very much to not get my @$$ handed to me by a union thug.
This reminds me of the post here yesterday by the FR member (I think her name was bereford...?) who tried to attend a Townhall by Doggett in TX. She is a General’s widow and had access to the meeting site because she is already in the computer. She took a picture of her late husband in uniform and had an anti healthcare plan slogan on it.
She got there early and sat down in the room. Then 2 Obamabots approached her and ushered her out because they said she couldn’t have the sign on “Federal Property”. The forced her up against the wall in the hallway and finally forced her all the way outside in 106 degree heat. She marched up and down in front of the meeting outside in the heat and suffered heat stroke. She is still recovering this morning. I’ll post the link when I find it.

Representative Castor’s hosting of SEIU thugs, ACORN crooks and Planned Parenthood goons prior to the event and then giving them almost exclusive seating priority to the exclusion of grass roots concerned citizens is a clear indication of who she truly represents ... and it is not Real Americans and the Constitution. I will be actively working henceforth to support her unseating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can SOMEBODY tell me the legality of the PRESIDENT calling on Union thugs instead of the POLICE or National Guard to monitor and maintain order at these events if he’s so concerned?

They have already started to assault anyone who wants to protect our freedom at the meeting and since Hitler was a left wing Democrat it is normal.

This is from their playbook. Here is a summary of what they are going to try to do to silence us:
1) bring more people to events than we do;
2) arrive earlier than we do and sit up front to be very visible to cameras;
3) study venue staging ahead of time to plan strategy
4) be more visible than we are and situate their signs where cameras are;
5) assign 3-5 people to approach each reporter to “shape the narrative;”
6) interrupt us and “refocus” the meeting;
7) don’t debate us and prep their side with questions;
8) repetition of their talking points is key to their strategy;
9) organize their own town hall meetings and choose a venue that is difficult for us to attend; put protesters in the back; make us submit questions and select the questions to be asked; collect all signs and leaflets that are not the ones they provided;
10) assign people to greet reporters and enter and leave the meeting with them to minimize the chances we will have to speak to the reporters.

A union thug tries that with me and they will get a 2x4 upside their head. I don’t care how burly these thugs think they are, I will not sit idly by and allow these goons to become the enforcers for the Thought Police.
