Blue Moon and Red Stripe are both excellent.

I tried Red Stripe one time and found it to be decidedly sub-excellent.

It tasted like an aluminum can though, oddly enough, I was drinking it from a glass bottle.

I’ve tasted that also, and I suspect it’s because the Red Stripe was chilled, allowed to get warm, and chilled again. You have to buy a lager like Red Stripe from a reputable establishment.

My experience with Red Stripe took place in Jamaica with a group of VERY fun people. Maybe the set and setting colored my judgement.
