Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell tells CNNs John King that the stimulus was a big mistake and a failure after six months of Obama in office. (see 1:20min video)
Sen. McConnells statement comes at the same time that the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office issues a second warning regarding the Obama Health Care Reform. The President is touting his Reform as a fix for health care and a cost saving measure. Not so says the CBO, they say that the bill actually saves no money over 10 years.
