Thanks for posting this. Since I don’t watch Odorman, I did go to the video of the talk show host who underwent a few seconds of waterboarding and immediately said it was torture which reversed his position prior to the waterboarding, when he said he did not think it constituted torture.
A few observations: He claimed that water was poured into his nose as well as his mouth, and he was ill for 2 days afterward. Hmmm. Second, since many U.S. military have gone through this waterboarding, why have we not had their opinions on this? And lastly, if this so called “torture” was so bad, why in the hell did the terrorist withstand it 82 times before confessing on the 83rd try. Why was the terrorist able to withstand 82 tries before giving up information and this talk show host could only withstand a few seconds? Is it possible that the manner in which they conduct this waterboarding is different depending on who is conducting the procedure ? Also, I understand that a
Doctor is always present during the procedure. Would a Doctor allow water to be poured into someone’s nose?
I don’t know any “Man Cow” but for a second I thought they were making of mock of Maddow!
