Notre Dame, The President’s Perspective- Vanity

According to Reuters News Agency, the following quote was given by the President to the University of Notre Dame in his Commencement Address. “SOUTH BEND, Indiana (Reuters) - President Barack Obama urged both sides in the abortion debate on Sunday to pursue a "fair-minded" discussion as he sought to quell a firestorm over his invitation to speak at Notre Dame, a premier U.S. Catholic university.

The President has proposed his vision of a fair minded approach when he signed off on the confiscation of tax monies to fund abortions on an International Scale. The Bible has clearly answered his call on this and other issues where the President has solicited compromise after putting forward his Socialist proposals.

(2 Cor 6:14 NIV) Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

Fr. Jenkins has willingly served the cause of abortion by providing political cover for Obama and his Supreme Court appointees. Had the Church been far more vocal and confrontational at this critical juncture Obama would have had to nominate a more moderate judge. Now he is free to thumb his nose at real Catholics and Christians.

A day for Catholics to hang their heads.

Where is the Catholic leadership?

I guess it’s just not worth fighting for.

A travesty followed by betrayal.

Who is God compared to 0bama, after all?

They are expecting you all to forget this.

Who am I kidding? You will forget it. You’ll tuck-tail and whimper into the night as usual.

Yea..."be fair, let us kill unwanted babies in the womb whenever and however we can."

That's their idea of fair. But a person can't be fair minded when their hands and mind are covered in innocent blood.

I have a couple comments after reading today’s news.

1. Obama asks us to show understanding about the different viewpoints of abortion and to not “demonize” the opposition. Here’s a news flash, over 26 million Americans have been murdered since Roe v. Wade. Hitler killed only 6 million. If you believe as I do that abortion is murder, then Hitler deserves to be rehabilitated and not “demonized”. This is the president’s fractured logic. You cannot give understanding to those who slaughter the innocent. There are some things that are and will always remain beyond the pale. As a former Notre Dame student, I am ashamed of the university this day. They have aided and abetted this National Socialist and his agenda.

2. Peter Orszag, president Obama’s budget director said today that the economy has bottomed out and is showing signs that there is essentially no where else to go but up. Hogwash! Orszag is lying to us. He would also have you believe that the synthetic pile of turf on his head is real hair. How can you believe anyone who pretends that this thing on their head is real and want you to play along with the conspiracy by not pointing out that it is fake. That sick delusion should automatically disqualify the vain from performing in positions of responsibility where good judgement and honesty are required.
