I loved “List enemy license plates here” and the postings, like the person who was irate about the “Resist authority” bumper sticker. A rich mine of satire.
I think it was supposed to a SATIRE.
It is kinda hard to tell these days, though.
Come on. This is so obviously satire of The Onion type. If you have any doubts, read “How to get banned from this forum” and check out the TechnoViking. There is a real website called something like What Obama Means to Me that is for real, and is also hilarious.

Everyone knows that schools are controlled by school boards, and school boards are controlled by bigoted cracker capitalists, who force teachers to indoctrinate children with such ridiculous and outdate ideas as Constitutional Rights, history, patriotism (ha!), etc. The only rights our children have to know about are CIVIL RIGHTS, and the only history MLK and slavery and the 60s, and the only patriotism kids need is unwavering loyalty to Obama, praise be to Him.

was reading that thread too...and like I said, couldn’t tell if it was satire or not - in the course of my work I see people writing this crap all the time and actually meaning it

It looks like sarcasm, but it must have taken years to make. It goes on and on. No way that stuff is real.
This is satire, people. Some of it is really funny, though.
I can see where this is so ridiculous that it could be satire.
HOWEVER, imagine how dangerous this is with so many of the kool - aid drinkers out there that may find it.
It wouldn’t take much to become invigorated reading it and then to become REALLY stupid and go out and do something to an innocent person.
Satire or not, it is a very dangerous site IMO.
