Dr. Orly Taitz, who has been on the East Coast splitting time between shooting a documentary with NMATV and ECR that will be out next week, while she also pounded the pavement in Washington looking for some venue in which to determine Obama's eligibility, updates ECR on her last day in Washington, including a meeting with William Chatfield, Director of Selective Service. How did he respond when confronted with documentation of Obama's duplicity?

There is something definitely not Kosher about this clown...
NOBODY spends hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting court challenges regarding their “birth certificate” when a simple $12.50 Birth Certificate would resolve ALL challenges...unless, of course, that SOMEBODY has something to hide.
If you don’t register for the draft, you cannot serve in the executive branch of the United States government by law. There is only something here if you care about the law

Today, on 03.25.09. at 10:15 I have met with the National director of the Selective Service William Chatfield in his office at 1515 Wilson Blvd, ste 600 in Arlington VA.
I have presented to Mr. Chatfield a report by the retired Federal Agent Steven Coffman, showing that Barack Obama’s Certification for Selective Service has numerous signs of forgery.
Mr. Chatfield provided no explanation to the findings.
I have asked, what is the explanation to the fact that the serial number on the top right of the page, that usually shows the year, showed 08, meaning that it was created in 2008 and under the card an 8 was added before the number to make it look 80, as if it was issued in 1980. According to agent Coffman it was forged to backdate it, to look as if it was issued in 1980. Mr. Chatfield had no explanation.
Similarly I have questioned him about the wrong stamp, wrong form number and wrong dates (see the report in dossier #1).
No answer and no information was provided.
I have left the dossier with Mr. Chatfield and reiterated other troubling issues, such as a list of 100 addresses with numerous social security numbers for Mr. Obama.
I demand immediate investigation of this matter.

When I turned in my form, the postman wished me a happy birthday. I was happy to do it.
My grandfather took me to sign up. I think he was rather proud of me that day even though he was no fan of the draft.
Why should Hussein Obama bother to register for the draft? If he doesn’t even have a Birth Certificate and is a citizen of Indonesia, he is not liable to serve.
He was still required to register, if he was a US citizen OR a LEGAL alien. But, he MAY be an Illegal alien...a wetback.
You’d be surprised. I did a FOIA request for my military records once just to see what they had. Every written order I had received as well as many official forms I’d filled out going back to and including when I was an ROTC cadet were in the 2 inch thick packet I received back. I only served 3 years.

Yes, there was a period of years where one did not have to register, as I recollect Obama is not within that period.
He was born two years too late to fall into that time period...

What is the law that states this?
I believe all males are required to register for selective service whether we have a draft or not. I know my sons were. In fact, one didn’t and got nasty grams from the government until he finally did it.

That’s not the first case I’ve heard concerning that fire. It really destroyed much of America’s personal American Military History.

1) No one has been prosecuted for not registering for the draft by the Federal Government since 1986. Even then the people that were prosecuted were demanding to be prosecuted. The government was forced into the litigation.
2) In January 2009 a federal judge in Boston declared unconstitutional a 1985 law by Congress that bars people from most federal employment if they knowingly failed to register for the draft.
US District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock, siding with four men fired by the federal government because they failed to register years earlier, said the law violates a constitutional provision barring the legislative branch from punishing people without a trial.
I conclude that no circumstances exist that would permit Congress, in contravention of the Constitution's Bill of Attainder Clause, to prohibit non-registered males age twenty-six and older from federal agency employment for their lifetimes without judicial decision making, ..... Woodlock said in a 32-page decision.
In January officials from the Justice Department, which is defending the government in the suit, were not immediately available to comment on the ruling.
Obama is now in the White House. Tell me how this issue will ever be litigated in a court of law? There is nothing there.
