Maybe just dreamin’ - but when a load of bread cost $100 perhaps this will be given serious attention to impeach the Messiah!
The list is growing. I expect it to be in double figures a week or two from now.
Finally, we are getting somewhere. The Constitution must be followed!! The only evidence advertised is that Obama’s grandmother states that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. At that time, Kenya was a British colony. Obama’s mother was to young to pass along American citizenship.
Thank you, I need some optimism today. I am going to go bury my head for awhile in my lead paints. BTW have you seen this http://www.city-journal.org/2009/eon0212wo.html ?
I heard Mike Ritze on Plains Radio. He is a real patriot and is very bright. Hopefully more will join. Thanks to the efforts of many, including people here like BP2, Calpernia and others, a great knowledge base of the legal issues has been created.
I am wondering if somehow we need to raise big money to hire a top Constitutional attorney. Somebody like Scalia’s son but you could not hire him. I am hoping Orly, Berg, Pidgeon, Apuzzo or somebody can get past this stonewall and screwing that “we the people” are getting.
I posted about Oklahoma getting a state law in place that requires proper vetting of a Presidential Candidate. It looks like Ritze has put forth some legislation on that very issue...
Lawmaker Considers Lawsuit Against Obama

While many freshman representatives start their term off quietly, one is making his presence known in Oklahoma and could be doing the same at the U.S. Capitol.
“It is strange that one person has that many controversial ideas or bills,” says Rep. Wallace Collins, D-District 45.
Rep. Mike Ritze may be new to the office, but he seems to know what grabs attention.
“It didn’t have any problems in Texas, and I don’t anticipate any here in Oklahoma as a secular display,” says Rep. Ritze, R-District 80.
The representative is talking about a bill he authored to bring the Ten Commandments to the grounds of Oklahoma’s State Capitol, identical to the one in Texas.
“It passed the U.S. Supreme Court challenge, and we felt like this would be something that Oklahoma would be very close to understanding where our law comes from,” says Ritze.
And who will pay for the $10,000 display? The Ritze family. But opponents believe the bill violates Oklahoma’s Constitution and that it could set a dangerous precedent.
“That leaves me to believe, in a sense, anyone with enough means might have the opportunity to come out here at the State Capitol and say, ‘Well, I want a monument with my family or this cause or that, and I have the money to pay for it,’ and simply buy their way in,” says Collins.
But this alone isn’t keeping Ritze busy. He’s also considering joining in on a lawsuit against President Barack Obama, demanding proof of citizenship.
“I have to get legal opinion of the House legal staff, my personal attorney whether I can do that under Oklahoma law as a sitting representative,” says Ritze.
Critics say the lawsuit is nothing but partisanship at its worst, with petty issues clouding the economic crisis.
“It certainly doesn’t seem like they have the good of the country in their heart,” says Collins. “It’s almost like they’re wishing a pox on the country for their own personal gain or their own party’s gain.”
If nothing else, opponents say it could be a way to get recognized beyond the state of Oklahoma.
“Maybe he needs to be nominated for the mouth of the House, which is a somewhat dubious honor,” says Collins. “But maybe he’ll win that. Who knows?”
Rep. Ritze says the possibility of joining in on the lawsuit will be discussed in greater detail at Wednesday’s Liberty Caucus meeting.
Rep. Ritze also authored a bill called the Open Carry. That would allow Oklahomans to carry a visible rifle, shotgun or pistol without a handgun license.
