Once again, the greatest nation on the face of this earth just had a complete and total change of power within its highest ranks.

Not a shot was fired, folks.

Um...no.

Sorry, but 10 generations of my family didn't fight and die so a foreign alien who hates us can take control of our destiny.

No respect for a criminal and a fraud.

I will wish him success and God Speed. I hope he listens to the Lord and respects His wishes.

President Obama has been given a responsibility. I will hope that he defies his party and do the right thing.

I always have hope that people can change. I pray to God that I am right.

God Bless my family, my countrymen, this Republic and the new President of the USA

RESPECT?!! Respect that socialist pretender? No, no way, I will never respect him.

That being said, I will respect the office, but the man, no, I can’t and I won’t. And will pray that the Lord only punishes us four years instead of many more

And the people who voted him in were of the opinion that Palin was his running mate.... who had no earthly clue what or who they were voting for, only that he was black. The US has the most uneducated voters in the world.

HE IS NOT PRESIDENT, HE IS AN ILLEGAL.

HE IS NOT MY PRESIDENT AND NEVER WILL BE.

The people have chosen a new president.

What people? How many aliens and ineligible individuals and dead people cast votes? How many voted multiple times in multiple districts? Fraud is fraud, and should be called out for what it is. It is inconsistent with a free society.

In addition, this new "president" is very possibly not even an American citizen, never mind a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution. As Americans, many of us will NOT accept a the shredding of our most precious document. Since the Constitution has previously been the supreme law of the land, and the SCOTUS - whose primary duty is to protect it - has acquiesced in this usurpation of power, the annointment of Obama represents the end of the rule of law in the Republic; in fact, it represents the end of the Republic, period. This is day of infamy that even surpasses Pearl Harbor and 9/11!

I noticed how the news commentators were talking about how respectful the crowd was, even though almost half of America didn’t vote for him. The reason is because the side that lost this time isn’t made up of leftist nuts. We don’t “protest” like they do.

It’s never time to resign ourselves to defeat. The people chose badly. It’s happened before. We must hold our ground and keep the center intact for four more years. It’s a job worth doing.

In my situation, only one or two generations fought and fortunately no one died in combat. Nonetheless, my conclusion is exactly the same as yours.

My neighbor allowed his dog to climb into my pickup truck, and the dog then relieved himself on my new truck bedliner.

That wasn't my choice-but it was my neighbor's and the dog is his.

It's time to respect that fact.

” Personally, I think it’s time to set aside the Pre-election passions and settle down to the real task of mending the country.”

A man who is just itching to sign “Freedom of Choice Act” can no more unify this country than Micky Mouse. Oh, and getting rid of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” is going to help things along too.

For people to unite, they must be of like mind. There is nothing in Crock O Bama’s mind that is even close to what I believe.

But the sentiment is nice:)

Should we use the left’s version of respect toward George W Bush as a model?
