With still three weeks remaining until he actually starts his new job, all reports are that President-elect Barack Obama is having a rough time of it. Even his beloved media seems to be on the verge of asking the question that was previously the exclusive domain of racists and haters: Is Barack Obama prepared for this job?

What happens if the Obamafuehrer has a nervous breakdown while in office? If it is a disabling psychotic event; is there a Constitutional method of removing him from office?
Zero is so massively unqualified for the office that it isn’t even funny, helped by a press that wouldn’t dare question him the way they would a GOP candidate, black, white or purple, so that American voters could see all the many cracks in The Magic One.
Those of us who do so need to pray earnestly for our country for the next 4 years.
There is indeed a process. Section IV of the 25th Amendment allows the Vice President and Cabinet to certify that the President is disabled and unable to discharge his duties, resulting in the succession of the Vice President until such time as the Vice President and Cabinet declare the President no longer disabled.
I’ll wager that Biden and Hillary know this section by heart...
And it is this section, with the benefit of hindsight, that we see Al Gore should have invoked in 1998 to end the Clinton Presidency.
