What happens if the Obamafuehrer has a nervous breakdown while in office? If it is a disabling psychotic event; is there a Constitutional method of removing him from office?

There is indeed a process. Section IV of the 25th Amendment allows the Vice President and Cabinet to certify that the President is disabled and unable to discharge his duties, resulting in the succession of the Vice President until such time as the Vice President and Cabinet declare the President no longer disabled.

I’ll wager that Biden and Hillary know this section by heart...
