One of the people that OK'd looking into Joe Wurzelbacher's official records was none other than a strong Obama supporter that "just happens" to work for the state of Ohio in a high position of authority. But of course she claims that it was merely a routine check with no political motivations. Uh huh.

Inspector general investigating access to Joe the Plumber's personal information

Ohio's inspector general is investigating why a state agency director approved checking the state child-support computer system for information on "Joe the Plumber."

Helen Jones-Kelly, director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, confirmed today that she OK'd the check on Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher following the Oct. 15 presidential debate.

She said there were no political reasons for the check on the sudden presidential campaign fixture though the Support Enforcement Tracking System.

Well, then I wonder how she explains this little gem of truth?

May I take the time here, while I am awaiting to go into action. It's my belief that a large percentage of our legions of federal bureaucrats (who are well entrenched) are primarily political operatives who exist to thwart anything inimical to the Democrat party (as is the case with the subject of this thread). I also think that we can be so focused on foreign enemies that we completely overlook the scorpions in our woodwork.
