According to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a party upon whom requests for admissions have been served must respond, within 30 days, or else the matters in the requests will be automatically deemed conclusively admitted for purposes of the pending action.

It must be difficult for them to answer these questions in a timely manner, or they consider it beneath them...either way....

The Judge could have thrown this out on his own, but didn't, right?
He could have acted on the Democrats petitions to throw it out.

At first I thought this birth certificate story was a bunch of hooey...but with the way the Obama camp and the DNC have responded...well, let’s just say my spidey sense is tingling and leave it at that.
They’ve got something to hide. If it’s not his place of birth, it’s something equally as bad IMHO.
Money can buy a lot of silence, I would have voted for Obama if he was to divvy up every penny of his contributions and dole it out to Americans, that is unless it was just a $100 each, then I would say the heck with it.

Isn’t this big news? By not responding they have in fact admitted to the allegations by default. I don’t know how the MSM can continue to ignore the suit at this point but I’m sure they’ll find a way.

A matter is admitted unless, within 30 days after being served, the party to whom the request is directed serves on the requesting party a written answer or objection addressed to the matter and signed by the party or its attorney. A shorter or longer time for responding may be stipulated to under Rule 29 or be ordered by the court.
Thanks for the clarification on that, so I’m guessing that 0bama’s Kenyan Grandmother doesn’t live too far from his half-brother George, who lives in poverty while his millionaire celebrity brother seeks to become the 44th President of the United States?
If 0bama manages to get elected President, it’s going to be time to head for the hills and start digging out all of those, errr, ‘items of ballistic memorabilia’ that have been waiting patiently for just such an infamous day.
The law is really not a law unless the judge says it's a law. We went through this type of hype all through the Clinton adminstration. There was always another article teasing us that Clinton's chickens were just about to come home to roost. And then . . nothing.
I agree with this analysis. But what makes you think Hillary will volunteer for a kamikaze mission by taking Obama's slot? They'll probably end up kicking it to Slo-Joe & let him take the fall.
Even if nothing happens legally word of mouth is spreading like wildfire. Over 2 million have watched that video on youtube alone and people are starting to wonder why all the stonewalling? It's bound to cost Obama votes.
