What's age appropriate sex ed for kindergartners? The Obama camp seems to think they've gotten away with pointing the finger back at the McCain camp over accusing Obama of supporting a bill that would mandate teaching kids about sex before they learn to read. Not so fast.
This sex ed thing is a peculiarly touchy one in liberal circles (pardon the pun). They're incredibly sensitive to this issue (pardon the pun again.) Just what is "age appropriate" sex ed? Who determines what that is?

This is designed to undermine parental authority and make the children place trust in the "educators" over their parents. Specifically, the "educators" will ridicule the little euphemisms given for body parts and bathroom activities by the children's parents, and then the "educators" will give the children the "correct" names and say their parents lied to them. Then since the "educators" have established that parents lie, they go on to undermine the sexual purity of the children through the other points.
After seeing how fixated the left is on sex, and making people as sexually active as possible, I wonder if there is a strong connection between sex and liberalism. Does extramarital and premarital sex make one more likely to be a liberal? Or does defining oneself in sexual terms do so? It would be an interesting study.
Jeez, what the flipping heck is wrong with the people who think this appropriate to teach 5 to 8 year olds? Are they total morons or are THEY the ones with pedophilia on their minds? Sexuality is dormant and undiscovered at that age, as it should be. LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE you disgusting freaks!
Obama said the bill was about protecting children from sex predators: yet the bill itself defines as follows: The following terms shall have the following meanings respectively prescribed for them, except as the context otherwise requires: (a) “Comprehensive Health Education Program”: a systematic and extensive educational program designed to provide a variety of learning experiences based upon scientific knowledge of the human organism as it functions within its environment which will favorably influence the knowledge, attitudes, values and practices of Illinois school youth; and which will aid them in making wise personal decisions in matters of health. How about no sex education for kindergarteners? As a parent, I will teach my child about sexual predators.
We have a powerful Democrat legislator called Mark Leno. Democrats control the legislature with a near supermajority. With the party's support, Mark 'the pedo's pal' Leno is running for State Senate and beat the incumbent Democrat, a lesbian, in the primaries earlier this year. With a 52% Democatic registration in the district, his victory is assured.
As Chair of the Assembly Public Safety Committee, Mark Leno killed several victims’ rights bills including those (AB 221) which deny early release credits to inmate who have committed violent sex offenses, (AB 335) which would have required judges to consider child molestation a serious offense for purposes of bail and required electronic monitoring if released on bail.
He voted NO (AB 39) on increasing penalties for possession of child porn, NO (AB 350/SB 629) on tracking sex offenders through DMV renewals, NO (AB 1513) on preventing sexual predators contact with minors while in prison, NO (AB2068) on prohibiting sex offenders from living within 1/4 mile of schools regardless of parole, NO (AB 1442) to require GPS monitoring of sex offenders on parole. He opposes porn filters in public libraries (World News Tonight, April 2, 2002). Called a sting of internet sexual predators by SF police, "a waste of taxpayer's money, it is completely mean-spirited" (Sacramento Bee, Sept 26, 1999).
Make no mistake about it. The on-going agenda of the Democratic party is the widespread sexualization of children as Obama's efforts show. Folks you are obsessing over the "homosexual agenda" bogeyman are missing the big picture.
Those who are undecided, please consider what an Obama presidency would mean.
