That may be true, no one is arguing about the way it ‘looks’. Multiple Hawaiin legit ‘certificate of Live Birth’s have been posted. Obama’s “looks” just fine. But it has been proved a forgery, many times over. By me, and more importantly, by true experts. It is a fraudulent document, simple as that.

I for one, believe that we need Obama. Not as a president of the United States...at least certainly NOT NOW. We do need his presence in the Senate, and for him to grow...and be mentored by others, and he inturn to mentor others.

He is simply not ready to lead this country. He is not ready to lead ME. I will not follow him.

If it takes the issue of his birth to derail thie presidential bid, then so be it....Let’s do it. Let’s demand that he come forth. And that eye witnesses come forth.

Notice on Obama's official site, his birth certificate says OHBM 1.1 in the lower left corner.

The original document displayed on the Daily KOS website says OHSM 1.1 in the lower left corner.

The million dollar question is: If the Daily KOS document was supplied by a Obama campaign staffer, as was reported, then how on earth can these two documents differ?

There may be a Hawaiian state agency or department with the initials 'OHBM', but I'm not aware of any.

The agency that you request a copy of a birth certificate from is the 'Office of Health Status Monitoring', OHSM.

The genie is out of the bottle now and it's impossible to "take back" the images. They are immortalized all over the web on different sites. Anyone can see this hard proof of skullduggery for themselves.

Why is the certificate # blacked out?

African is not a race! In 1961, wouldn't Negro or Negroid have been used to describe his Father's race instead of African?

Where is the indentation of the official seal and the folded marks, the rest of us have on our valid birth certificate copies?

Last but not least: What are the reverse purple lettering past the last entry line on the lower middle right? What do they mean, and why are they there?

I really dont know but if you deprive me of sleep with all this and force me to say it’s more than illegitimacy I would probably go with the hospital of birth being blank on the original, casting doubt on whether his place of birth can be verified.

There has to be a reason he wont release the original. Presumably it reveals some detail he does not want known.

Co you imagine that CLBs are actually filed that way? Everyone has to be born somewhere, like home, the car, the beach, the hotel, the clinic, etc. I didn’t realize they would just leave it blank if the birth didn’t happen in a hospital.

I am no authority on this, but from what I have read online, Hawaii supposedly had or still has a procedure where the parents can come along days or weeks after the birth and essentially say the child was born in Hawaii without the usual documentation. If I understand correctly it’s up to the powers that be to decide whether to issue a birth certificate.

I guess the idea here was to allow for home births?
