That was mild. For a more hard hitting discussion from Napolitano check out his speech at the 25th anniversary celebration for the Mises Institute. It's about half an hour long.

I saw the judge on Fox News explaining how the constitution says that UHHbama cannot cap execs pay. I have been looking for it on video, can anyone hook me up?
