As I sit here today pondering the coming Resurection Day, I thought of the love of God and how great His love must be to give His Son for His created beings with so many flaws. We know in the begining, He wanted to show us His feelings for us, so He gave us marriage because He thinks of us as His Bride. We couldn't know what God feels for us unless we could have the same feelings. Then he gave us our children. How could you possibly understand the sacrifice of God if we had no children to relate that feeling to? This is what seperates us from animals. My daughter is just an hour or so away at college, but with her arival nearing for Easter, I can feel my heart welling up. My wife looks at me with that twinkle that lets me know we have made it 37 years and will make it forever. I turn the volume up on the praise and worship CD and I can feel the love that God sheds on me everyday, every hour.
Then I thought of the controversy surrounding Obama's church. How can they ever know God's love if they kill their own children? How can they know God's feeling for His people if they never marry and go from woman to woman? I saw many apostate teachings from the examples seen on TV, but this is basic Christianity 101. As people, we can have many differences in teachings, but it seems to me, this is irrevocable. When you teach marriage doesn't matter and babies are tissue, You leave the realm of Christ and move to some other level.
All I can say is if you are willing to kill your baby, you cannot possibly know God. If you belong to a church that teaches a woman has a choice, you are among the lost. You cannot possibly understand what God Has done for you. If you belong to a church that teaches marriage isn't needed and fornication and adultery is the norm, you cannot possibly ever know what God feels for you.
I think this is why abortion is a black and white issue for me. All life is from God. Satan cannot create life, only take it. There isn't one instance in the Bible where a barron woman wasn't considered cursed, and blessed when she became pregnant. Your baby is from God, no matter what you think you had to do with it. It is on loan from Him and there will be grades at the end to see how you did. He can take it early, or give you more. Our job is to love it as He loves us. He gave His Son for His love for us, what do we owe Him?
If you belong to a church that allows abortion and fornication without repentence, then you are in an apostate church that will NEVER know God. Get OUT! I can't see how this would ever be accepted behind a pulpit of God. If what you believe saves you, then it can also condemn you. The hate in Obama's church will condemn those that believe and a special punishment for teachers of false doctrine awaits Rev Wright.
I'm writing this because I KNOW there are more churches out there than just Obama's that teach this way. Many are considered "mainstream". If you hear from the pulpit that you child is a choice, then your church is no better than Obama's. Many churches today have homosexual pastors, teach abortion as a "right", and everybody is divorced or living together, so how can it be wrong? We either need revival in the churches, or a "spring cleaning". If you bring error into the church and it's nor corrected, what good is the church?
I would rather have 5 people in the pews and hear the Truth, than 5000, and hear pap.
