But have you been sitting back, relaxing in the rain? No rain so far this week. The weather here in Door County, Wisconsin, has been beautiful: sunny, low 80s, light breeze. Slight chance of rain tomorrow, but that's about it for the week.

Today I think I had the best piece of cherry pie I’ve ever had in my life. We had lunch at a hotel on Washington Island, off the northern tip of the Door County peninsula. For dessert I had cherry pie a la mode and it was DELICIOUS, both the pie and the ice cream!

Maybe a DUFU this evening. We seem to be in the summer doldrums again. Nothing much DUFUable. I almost did a DUmmie lounge thread on the subject of favorite shellfish to eat since I love to eat them myself then thought better of it. I started this list yesterday after the Immigration vote. On my pings, I'm simply providing links to articles on FR and offline having to do with Immigration and Congressional reform. Judging by the amount of stuff already this morning, it could become high volume.
Strangely almost nothing about the immigration cloture vote yesterday.
It's hard to discuss something you're clueless about (Congressional voting procedures and such).
