Sems solid to me. However, I don't see how they can stop this without arresting the charismatic leaders of the shia militias in Lebanon and Iraq and prosecuting them.

I'd settle for a well-placed missile or bullet or some other death-inducing device, followed by the photo of their carcass on the front page of the Jerusalem Post.
That will work, but they all have to take a firm stand against private militias.
I hope he is correct.
