Why are you posting vanities?

And what does this have to do with defeating Democrats?

Do you want Nancy Pelosi Majority Leader?

Do you want Harry Reid Majority Leader?

Do you want John Conyers head of the Juciary Committee?

Do you want this country to do through an impeachment of the POTUS/CIC during a time if war?

However the repubs and even the RINOs act....... it's still better than the alternative universe.

And that's among the base. Imagine if the GOP even lost 25% of their base.

It won't happen. They will turn up the heat closer to elections and summon up some dem Emmanual Goldstein to scare people into voting for them.

It's why a two party system means we always lose no matter who wins.

Last time republicans got pissed we ended up with Clinton. Better make sure we don't end up with clinton's wife in the white house in 2008.

I feel yer pain, but............. We're kinda cought between a rock and a hard spot. We probably won't have the choice to replace these rinos with someone who will be tough on immigration. The choice will be to keep the rino or vote in a dem, who will be much worse on this issue.

I'm sorry, but I'll hold my nose and still vote republican. I won't stay home or vote independent.

What is the point for voting for the opposition?

Considering the alternative's, voting for GOP was the best answer.

I personally, would find if very very difficult to vote for a Democrat. I never have. Come 2008, if the choices are McCain and Hillary though? Jeesh, that's a tough call, cuz I can't stand either and would not want either. Hopefully that won't be the case and we'll have a reputable Republican we can vote for and feel good about.

But this invasion we have on our hands doesn't seem to be getting taken care of by anyone, D or R. And even if D started saying they would, I wouldn't believe them.

All I know is somebody better start doing something, and quick!!!

I will always vote for the Republican over the democrat and sometimes it more a case of voting AGAINST the democrat

Those Clinton years were not fun.

I do not want another Ruth, please feed me, Bader Ginsburg---a few more like her and we will stand NO chance against this lovely descent into socialism.

"Close to 50% say they will continue to vote for the GOP if they do NOTHING about the illegal immigration/border security."

Do you happen to have a link for the poll you're referring to?

I have never seen a FR poll worded like that, and I don't think you have either.

I will vote for any GOP candidate that supports Border security.
I will vote for 3rd party if the GOP candidate does not and he does.
I will leave blank or write in Mickey Mouse if no one supports border security.
I will never again vote for the lessor of 2 evils.

It looked liked the GOP passed a very tough immigration reform bill in the House (HR4437). So we can't throw ALL the GOP out the window. I think the amnesty GOP should be challenged by the non-amnesty GOP.

But, in the end, any GOP is better than any Dem.

Well, it's four crappy choices based on the premise that the Republicans really will do nothing about immigration. I'd say a fifth choice might be to motivate them to do something, because all of the other four really blow chunks. IMHO.

The sad thing is that only 50% of the respondents are intelligent enough to know that however bad the GOP may be on the issue, the only other party who can win is worse.

That's a pretty simple concept. I'm hoping you didn't flunk.

Guess your pet issue isn't everyone's pet issue ;~D

FR is a lonely place these days for someone who really isn't obsessed with immigration.
