On Rockefeller like a Fly on .... (Jay Rockefeller could be in big trouble...)

I haven't forgotten Senator Rockefeller or his plan. And neither has the DOJ. He's going to get nailed and soon.

The "hold up" over the NSA leak investigation for which he is suspect number one, is widening to include his activities in 2002, specifically his act of treason against the US to which he admitted to, but the MSM of course wouldn't report.

Last month I was going to post from this very good article that more eloquently than I outlines the exact nature of Senator John Rockefeller's treason against the United States.

Quote:

"I took a trip by myself in January of 2002 to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria, and I told each of the heads of state that it was my view that George Bush had already made up his mind to go to war against Iraq – that that was a predetermined set course which had taken shape shortly after 9/11."

So spoke Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) on "Fox Sunday" on November 14, 2005, who at the time of his trip was chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and is now its vice chairman."

We are well familiar with this admission of Senator Rockefeller in Novemeber of last year. What may not be clear is what took place immediately after his visit.

"Senator Rockefeller was at the time of his trip, less than four months after 9/11, Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which means he was entrusted with "sensitive secured information" as relates existing intelligence regarding Iraq WMD, ongoing intelligence operations looking into Iraq’s WMD program and America’s national security plans concerning the ongoing threat.

Syria was then and remains today on the State Departments list of terror regimes, clearly defined for some years as an enemy to America itself. But Syria was also a close ally to the Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq, the very subject of the information Senator Rockefeller chose to share with Hussein’s allies in Syria.

In the weeks that followed Senator Rockefellers’ friendly visit with Syria, CIA operatives began reporting Iraqi convoys traveling across the Syrian border; - a suspected "outsourcing" of Iraq’s WMD, which became the centerpiece of Colin Powell’s case against Iraq before the UN. Those same WMD that would later go missing by the time America entered Iraq 12 months later.

See exact timeline of eventshere

What were Senator Rockefeller’s "intentions" in his visit with three Arab Middle Eastern states four months after 9/11, carrying with him and divulging "national security information" concerning America’s intelligence and related policy towards Iraq? Was his trip an "overt act", and did his trip include a "violation of trust or allegiance" to the United States? Did the information he carried to known U.S. enemies, known allies of the Hussein regime, provide "aid or comfort" to America’s enemies?

According to the definition of treason spelled out in the U.S. Constitution, and Senator Rockefeller’s own account, there has not been a more clear-cut case of treason in modern history. Yet the so-called American press has been completely silent on the subject, which is of course, a form of "aiding and abetting" in and of itself."

When Charles Duelfer in a addendum to his 2004 ISG report stated that while it didn't appear that WMD were moved, he could not completely rule out the possibility. From a Washington Times article from last year:

"But on the question of Syria, Mr. Duelfer did not close the books. "ISG was unable to complete its investigation and is unable to rule out the possibility that WMD was evacuated to Syria before the war," Mr. Duelfer said in a report posted on the CIA's Web site Monday night.

He cited some evidence of a transfer. "Whether Syria received military items from Iraq for safekeeping or other reasons has yet to be determined," he said. "There was evidence of a discussion of possible WMD collaboration initiated by a Syrian security officer, and ISG received information about movement of material out of Iraq, including the possibility that WMD was involved. In the judgment of the working group, these reports were sufficiently credible to merit further investigation."

As I said here Rockefeller is under investigation, and from my source Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI), is also a subject of interest, although this isn't being reported in the MSM, just as they ignored Rockefeller's admission of guilt. But what will be hard not to report on is the fact that a certain "Syrian security officer" has become, shall we say, very 'talkative'.

The question now is whether or not Senator John D. Rockefeller will now resign from his Vice Chairmanship of the Senate Intelligence Committee, or shall he be frog marched from chambers.

Time will tell.

Jane Fonda's North Vietnam trip raised the bar. She wasn't tried for treason then, and Rockefeller won't be held accountable today.

Please let this happen.

Because we let John Kerry get away with treason, treason has become popular among Democrats, and yes, I do question their patriotism.

It will not stop until someone important goes down.

Rockefeller puts the "moron" in "oxymoron," when it comes to someone as dimwitted as he being on the Intelligence Committee.

"Jane Fonda's North Vietnam trip raised the bar"

Jane Fonda wan't a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, and while she may have given our enemies "comfort" she was not in a position to provide any actual "aid", unlike this guy. Nor had Fonda (I imagine not, anyway) taken any oath to uphold or defend the Constitution, as I reckon Senators do. The situations are not comparable, but nevertheless I'd be surprised at anything coming out of this deplorable behaviour on Rockafeller's part.

The Senate needs to clean up its own mess...seperate and apart from whether the DOJ nabs Rocky. Why is this man still Ranking Member of the Intelligence Committee? That is what I want to know right now.

I knew folks on Capitol Hill who swore they could get high just walking past Dellums' office, due to the particular type of smoke that billowed forth.

I believe in a somewhat rebuking memo to him his security clearance was threatened, maybe even suspended? It's in a thread somewhere......

Oh. And that "indivisable" part too.

I once had to correct Mrs. dinasour, who isn't a native English speaker.

"Dear, it's indivisible, not invisible"

I wonder if they are going to just allow him to resign from the senate or if they will actually prosecute him?

Bet he's not presently in on highly classified info...Frist knows all about this treason by Rockefeller...bet an investigation is taking place, as I post this. We'd not be privy to this it's under wraps and even old Jaybird may not even be aware of it.

And maybe he is since the only time we've seen him lately is in WVA speaking on several of the mine disasters. I saw him and thought he had a very strange look on his face. He even acted emotional about the mine disasters...kinda like it's me I'm upset about not anyone else.
