Calling it "a potentially explosive development in the CIA leak investigation," Fox News analysts Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes grilled retired Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely tonight about his claim that Ambassador Joseph Wilson "outed" his wife as a CIA agent in 2002, a year before her identity was exposed by a political columnist.
"There's no personal vendetta here," Vallely told the pair, "I want to make that clear. It all came about questioning why the special prosecutor did not include in his inquiry bring under oath Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame or anybody in the CIA as far as we know, so the question is out there to be answered."

Vallely stuck to his guns tonight, insisting that Wilson told him that Plame worked for the CIA in 2002. And, he told Wilson's attorney to "bring on" the lawsuit.

Never fear! I'm sure the media will bring us all the coverage on how this effects the investigation and trial. They are after all, completely unbiased.

The Democrats will be busily scurrying around (in their ratlike manner) in front of the TV cameras tomorrow, trying to stifle this story.
In times past I have noticed that green rooms have cameras that they go to from time to time. Could it be possible that FOX just might have this in a file somewhere?

I doubt fitz would go after Russert etc for claiming ignorance on her name/employer.
If he told Wilson's attorney to file a suit, the dude has some evidence. Why did he keep quiet? He watched from the wings. One doesn't volunteer thyself to a grand jury or heaven forbid....to the media until they know they have sufficient evidence that can't be broken down.
Hillary is probably going through her files to see what she has on this dude as we speak!!
Fitzpatrick made a BIG mistake when he said Valerie was not known as working at the CIA by the general public. Well, duh...We're not talking about the general public, we're talking about media people and politicians in the DC circuit and apparently, many of them DID know about Joe and Valerie Plame. Don't you think it was just a little hidden scandel when they were living at the Watergate while he was still married. Would love to see the divorce papers. They SHOULD BE a public record. (That's a clut Hillary. Make sure you get them sealed...just like you got your College Paper sealed.
Fitz might have a tough time not dealing with what andrea mitchel had to say....and that relates directly to russert.
