I frequently toy with the notion that DU is really a massive spoof site devised by some conservative genius with a devilish sense of humor. But I don't think anybody could be that consistently funny. You cannot make this stuff up!

Thanks dukeman. I experienced that in a "cool" way with Indy Pendence, just now. (see threads above). I can't imagine being a "True" Republican without a sense of humor!! Some of the sites seem a little odd about that. Glad folks are comfortable here. Seeing the rebirth of a True "Republic" of the USA is what I most desire, and I think...no, I know with these blogs and enough commitment personally, we can have that again.
