Giving guns to Democrats is like giving backhoes to chimpanzees.
Sooner or later one or two of them might figure out how to fire one up and hurt someone.
But in general they are outside their sphere of comprehension, and thus they remain mysterious, scary mechanical puzzlements, made and operated by better, more sentient creatures.
