"Dems should confirm Roberts immediately and get back to Rove!!"
Good Gawd!!
Karl Rove must giggle like a girl when he sees stuff like this...Rove-Gate is the biggest diversion of all.

Good evening.
"This is so depressing, everything we have fought for is slipping away. He'll probably make bible reading mandatory and put guns in every home."
This is my personal favorite.

Quite right, rudderless is a good word. How can they have a moral anchor when they think abortion is the most precious right in the world?

Clearly their heads are spinning tonight. They don't know how to get out of the Rovian Maze in which they now find themselves. LOL!!!
Nice choice of wording -your phraseology elicited the desired response on this side of the monitor...

They would just point out that it was from a "gusano" site, and therefore nothing from it could be true for that reason.

This is the perfect time for it. They are on the ropes. Fight them on all fronts.

22. Wow, first time I've seen such clear division here...
and I hope it doesn't reflect the attitudes of most Dems. What I mean by that is, I hope divisiveness doesn't undercut the clear progress that's being made to dismantle the party in power. One worrisome thing about being progressives who march to our own tunes and decide for ourselves is that it's a little harder to muster up, stand together and keep our focus where it best serves us.
Effectiveness ... what can ya do without it?
Perhaps good multi-taskers should multi-task, while those who are drained by one big battle can make sure no one lets a key issue get inched aside. I can just see the devious ones, the Roves and Libbies, whoever's plotting hottest and heaviest right now, salivating when they get wind of Dems being split over which battles need to be engaged.
I've always been what W has claimed to be: a uniter. I want to see our efforts be effective!
Sometimes "to each his own" can be the downfall of a good thing for a group of good people. But maybe there's a way to keep everyone on track for the crucial victory while not stifling every individual's need to pursue particular skirmishes?
I'm hoping!

I believe that well is running dry and that we're going to have some really, really frustrated moonbats on our hands before too long. I hope there will be enough meds...... modsWe'll need 'em.

looks like the inverse of quotes on FR earlier in the day pontificating about Clement ... it's so juicy, they can't decide whether they had Roberts more than Rove or the other way around!
To: Palladin
Streisand has taken a dive off the Golden Gate Bridge. What was the giveaway to this event? Mass beaching of seals and walruses along Fisherman's Wharf?
The horror. The horror.

It is definitely #1 in most of our views.
Another really funny one is the "Hello Back Alley Butcher" comic strip.
The last comment:
"Even my 91 year old aunt/godmother is past outraged"
Let's hope at that age she doesn't find herself needing an abortion?,.....or is that just me?!?!? HA!
