ow MSNBC 'Countdown' reports the same Hoffheimer, in comments on their imminent filing in the Ohio recount, concluding their call for a scrupulous recount with this caveat:

"...Only then can the integrity of the entire electoral process and the election of Bush/Cheney warrant the public trust."

Anyone know anything about TriAd? Are they politically neutral?

It is uncomfortable if the firms in charge of the voting are partisan regardless of which party.

ROTFLMAO!!!

I hope it's true. Can you imagine the fun we will have at the Democrats expense? :)

This is just the type of thing to galvanize us through the 2006 midterms. Please, Democrats, please do this. Please Kerry!! We can always use more seats in the Senate!

This is a result of the fact that the Kerry campaign had money left over at the end of Nov 2 that they held back thinking that they were going to have to contest votes in Florida or wherever. Well, instead of turning it over to the DNC or saving for another Presidential run, he's going to use it up on lawyers contesting the election.

The problem with this guy has always been too much money and too much leisure time, and he's proving it once again.

If the whole country isn't republican, it is because those who aren't republican are stupid and criminally inclined.

I'm hoping this is true. This will destroy any chance Kerry had in 2008 whatsoever. Plus, it will make Jan. 20 even more sweeter!

Kerry Preparing Grounds to Unconcede; Election Challenge likely on Jan 6th

...the same day the Congress officially counts the votes cast by the Electoral College delegates back on December 22...

So basically the DUmmies are going to initiate a "challenge" to the election the same day it's already a done deal and officially called for George W. Bush...

Once the vote is counted in Congress, it's *over*, there are no provisions in the Constitution for a "do-over" of any sort.

This is like challenging a call by an umpire in a play-off game on the last day of the World Series...

John F*ckin's post-Election Day concession was always legally meaningless. Bush was down by a mere 242 votes in the recount. But if the Democrats are so stupid as to challenge a 119,000 vote margin on Jan. 6th, let em be our guests. They will really look like sore losers in front of the entire country and they don't even have proof of vote fraud in Ohio. Its one silly stunt that will go nowhere.

Kerry should save himself some major embarrassment and re-concede.

But of course, being a self entitled liberal, he won't.

Republicans should be gung-ho about preventing election fraud and passing laws for reforming the system.

The fact that Democrats believe it already happens means that there would be little opposition to reforms that, in the end, would actually give Republicans more votes.

It's been estimated that Democrats get about 40,000 votes in NYC just from fraud.

So, now's our chance. Start the hearings, investigations, etc. Democrats will only be more humiliated in the end.
