The car still running?

11:30 at night?

Who lets their boyfriend with no insurance drive her kids home at midnight?

On paper the cops are wrong as can be. One could have stayed or the could have waited for the mother when she finished partying

Which is a whole other issue

What?

[...waited for the mother when she finished partying.]

...She was still at her father’s funeral when she got the text from her fiancé

We don’t know that he didn’t have insurance 5 years ago. Sometimes, when you change insurance carriers, the notice of cancellation misses the notice of insurance from the new carrier and viola, “no insurance” violation. Also, in Florida, this resulted in a suspended license (never happened to me but I know of a lot of people it did happen to) that you wouldn’t find out about until you got pulled over. Thankfully, that issue has been corrected but it can happen. Also, Mom was at her Father’s funeral (I suspect the wake). Wouldn’t call it partying.

“The car still running?” And a door open and lights on. You’d think 13 & 14 year olds would have phones and would at least close the door and lock the doors.

“could have waited for the mother when she finished partying”

I went to MY father’s funeral; there was no “partying” going on. (Sometimes, read the whole thing.)

“Who lets their boyfriend with no insurance drive her kids home at midnight?”

I believe the guy was uninsured five years ago. Did it say he was uninsured when this occurred?

As usual, you seem to know a lot of facts that are not in existence.

It’s always easy to point out what other people are doing wrong. That is what Karens do. Karens gonna Karen.

Yeah. Who can afford insurance as it is increasing 15-25% this year. Tag costs going up like crazy, so PoPo response is rough you up, taze you, abandon your children because back the blue. I have no comprehension why people still trust the cops.

I guess all the old farts here still think the police are like Sheriff Andy and aren’t the trigger happy, violent thugs they are. The truth is I am allowed to defend myself against kidnapping, assault, or armed larceny of the nickels i mays still have with our wonderful economy. Put that thug in a tacticool uniform, gun, AR-15 in the front seat and a BADGE then I have to apologize for my face and blood being all over the pavement. Have you ever noticed in all the police videos the cops yelling stop resisting as they beat the snot out of some dude on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back. I guess that’s better than being locked in the back seat of a kidnapper-mobile when a train takes a sudden left turn. I think she ended up surviving. End qualified immunity and require individual boding or insurance. Bad cops are giving the 5% good ones a hard time to remain silent.

Boot lickers and police groupies are just one encounter away from attending their kids or grandkids funeral. The police are out of control unless you’re in their club (family of cops).

Coming home from a funeral at 11:30 at night????

NEVER heard of a time like that for a funeral in my whole life.

That said, the cops were WAAAYYYY out of line. This is an inexcusable abuse of power.
