Many white collar workers get up early and work out at home or at the gym. I’m retired and I ride my bicycle every morning before I shower. The difference is I get to shower with the opposite sex.

Not really. The norm for the workout clubs and the university field house where I worked until recently was a rectangular room with multiple shower heads and drains. The locker rooms consist of long rows of lockers with a wooden bench in front.
