For all we know that might have been the top of the line in Her budget when purchased. She might have upgraded from a single hot plate with frayed wires or maybe even a coal or oil fired stove.

In Ukraine, suppressors are unregulated. In other EU nations, they are encouraged to protect hearing.
The US is backward on such things.

Most of the people who live in the Eastern Ukraine regions that Putin is targeting will welcome the Russians as liberators. Because, they are indeed themselves Russians.
Never mind. Looks like she lives in Kiev, which is about 50/50, maybe more, anti Russian sentiments.
Her kitchen is much nicer than many kitchens I have seen, and even volunteered to work on, in both Russia and Ukraine.
