Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled on Friday that it was within the Senate’s authority to subpoena the materials and equipment so it can audit the election. The ruling brings a potential conclusion to the months-long battle between the supervisors and the Senate. “The Court finds that the Subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote.

Does anybody believe that the incriminating data hasn’t already been destroyed?

I’d have more faith in the Keystone cops than this Senate.

They have destroyed evidence that they are required to keep by law. In fact, I think this has happened in most of the contested counties.

The rule of law is meaningless when the needs/wants of the left are involved. The media simply says there is nothing to see and ignores the obvious. The Republicrats do the same.

They can’t hide everything. The people who will be looking will identify what’s missing and destroyed.

They will identify a lot of problems regardless. We’ll have to await those findings but this team will be chomping at the bit now and rarin’ to go.

It does not bring a “conclusion” it’s just beginning.
The real question is what has been bleached and
wiped off the voting machines(like with a cloth,
as Hillary would say)

“””Does anybody believe that the incriminating data hasn’t already been destroyed?”””

This was what I was going to write before reading the comments.

So I am repeating what you wrote.

Maricopa has now had almost 4 months to ‘clean up’. Even government workers can wipe the files clean in that amount of time.

Most likely that was the reason for the stonewalling, they hadn’t gotten rid of it all yet.

I’m sure they have tried, however state employees are generally lazy/incompetant/inept otherwise they’d be private sector employees. Therefore there will be evidence of the effort to cover up/destroy which will be worse than if they’d just handed it over

Willful destruction involves a slew of state and federal statutory crimes. It also involves spoliation of evidence. Spoliation entails upholding all allegations of fraud.

These and other consequences can and most likely will cause perpetrators to be brought up on charges and jailed upon conviction.

There is literally no legal way those obstructing or participating can escape jail. If they alter, destroy. lose ballots and materials, they are committing a crime. If they turn over materials and fraud is exposed, they go to jail.

The only hope a perp has of escaping what’s coming is for the CCP to finance their escape, identity change, and resettlement, say in Mexico or some place where their new documents can conceal their true identities. And then they will be at risk of CCP assassins.

How does ‘getting rid’ of stuff help the Dems They have reported the dem vote numbers and won’t want them to decrease. They have also reported the Pubbie numbers and can hardly decrease them at this stage. Other stuff like connection to the interweb is a physical fact, and is probably recorded in the machine’s User Manual as well as being a chunk of hardware in the machine. Getting hold of the actual paper ballots will be very revealing. Nil Desperandum.

EAC is compromised at the top. Insuring nobody can audit the systems except 2 approved.

An article describing the new hires noted, “It was not immediately clear how the EAC might mitigate any potential conflicts of interest that could arise with hiring Bowers, the former director of certification at Dominion Voting Systems, onto the EAC program.”

Destruction of evidence can be used to infer guilt. In a righteous society, excessive delays in counting the ballots should also create a presumption of fraud and cheating. In all of this time, they could have had people recreating ballots for Biden. A forensic exam of the ballots may or may not catch that depending on if the ballot paper came from the same source. What will be interesting is how well what is produced matches the records of switched votes in the data from Italy.

Actions seem to indicate that the lawless have something, maybe plenty, and want to keep it out of the hands of those seeking lawful transparency required by both the state and the Constitution.

Otherwise, it seems their screaming would be more muted and their lawlessness would be much less apparent.

Thank you for your sobering push back against all these naysayers who want to resign in the face of victory.

If they’ve done that, they can certainly be prosecuted - just for the records not being there.
