No one is bashing your Samsung. Perhaps it’s a one-sided respect, I do not know.

But, there is one thing your wife has that you do not - your Samsung will never be more than it currently is. I hope you love it, and cherish it, because you bought it for what it is, and all it will ever be.

Your wife’s Apple Watch will gain new features, improve battery life in this falls Watch2.0 release, and gain yet new features next year, and the year after that. I would suppose it’s good for at LEAST 3-4 new Watch updates. The iPad2 has seen over 5 years of upgrades, just due to iOS updates, and each adds features that the iPad could not perform the previous year.

Unfortunately, the Android side of things doesn’t appear to support any upgrade path.
