Oh come on, NG; that is just weak. Weak and lame. What’s going on with you lately? You haven’t been up to your usual standards. In some kind of slump? Listen, w Obama doing all the damage he possibly can, some intentionally and some through ineptitude, weakness and ignorance/a not very sharp brain, I can empathize. Plenty of others are feeling a bit on the downside too.
Anyway, back to your pathetic argument. Look, NG, if you’re going to claim to be a conservative, you need to learn to think like one. Here’s how it works. Obama & his flunkies are jerkish-acting thugs whose only hope at survival (at this point) is to divide and sow ill will. Like other virulent fascist-type leaders, they need a scapegoat. I.e.: a group of people they can mock, ridicule, blame & persecute whenever the need to distract Low Info voters arises.
For Obama, conservatives are his scapegoat. They are what he uses to sound tough, distract, mock & generally blame. Yes, he does mock birthers on occasion. But to imagine for a millisecond that he would stop his noxious behavior if we pretended to believe his absurd nativity tale is just stupid. I’m sorry; stupid is the kindest word I can think of; there are worse ways of putting it, I assure you.
Iow, Obama cannot function w’out his target of choice for mockery, ridicule, blame & overall hatred. For that, he uses/needs conservatives. If a subset of that group decided to believe Obama over their own honest eyes, the jokes & ridicule would not even diminish, much less cease. Joking about & mocking conservatives is Obama’s smokescreen/safety blanket. He could no more stop than a parasite could exist without its host. If he even tried to stop [which he never would] he would either drink himself into a public stupor (from the anxiety of losing his scapegoat/lifeline) or he’d act so freaked out his poll numbers would drop into the twenties...within a week.
Bottom line, you’ve got all this exactly backwards. You think Obama mocks birthers because we’re dupes. In fact, he mocks because that’s who & what he is, & that’s the only way he knows of deflecting blame/surviving. He is a weak person, but he’s also a very nasty, mean-spirited person. He is the one you should blame for his idiotic ‘jokes’, not his targets. He made the choice long ago to act like a jerk, & the MSM gives him constant cover. For that, he takes the entire blame—or should, for anyone w a modicum of honesty & a couple of functioning brain cells.
Hope this helps in your quest to think like a conservative. You have a long road ahead, but it’s not hopeless. Just reverse everything you now think & say, & you’ll be well on your way to a victorious conversion.
If there was anything at all to the Obama eligibility issue, the Republicans in the House of Representatives would have held hearings on it since they took control in 2011. There has never been a single congressional hearing on Obama’s birth certificate or his natural born citizen status and the Republican majority has investigated anything and everything that Obama has done including holding his Attorney General, Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress.
Why no eligibility hearings in the House? Because the Tea Party conservatives there refuse to be duped.
